I'm 5'6 and at my heasviest was 230. Currently i'm 200 (on the dot). My first goal was under 200. Each consecutive goal is 10lbs less than 200 unitl I hit 230. However once i get around 150 -140 I may decide that 130 is not right for my frame.

oh goodness! how is your calorie allowance so high? i'm only allowed 1200 (not including workouts).

My fiance is the same as your boyfriend. And since you dont mind taking care of it, just ensure he eats more and of the right things. Well you need to eat more lean proteins, less salt and less sugar. Ramp up your veggie intake and opt for fruits with less sugar and more nutritional value. Try egg whites, poultry, fish, green veggies, cauliflower, and sweet potato. If you really want your soup try subbing no sodium beef broth and a pinch of spice packet.…
