So my macros on my computer and the macros on my app are not matching up... Do I assume the one on the computer is the correct one and the app is just messing up?

yea, but im not gonna do it now, bcuz of price and its not vegan..... im on a partially raw vegan diet... mostly fruit and veg.... wanted to add some extra protein in there to build/ tone muscle

thanks yall... stupid question ik, but I was very intrigued on if it was true or not.. im trying to gain some muscle weight and that telling me my late snack was ruining the growth was a little discouraging :p anywho.... thanks again guys!! :)

that's what I thought too, being that you are in your calorie range I didn't think it affected the body the article didn't make comments about getting fat if you eat at night it just said that your body cannot heal correctly because your body wont produce the hormones since it is too busy processing the food....?

thanks for that! I was worried I wouldnt get in the protein because im not a huge fan of dark leafy greens... I will eat them, but I know not often enough to reap the benefits of their protein...

thanks! im not a runner, nor do I ever rarely do cardio... I do resistance training tho... guessing it works out the same for calories?

its a high carb low fat vegan diet. mainly fruit throughout your day with some veg... etc... I tried it because I am vegan and it looked good and the girl that is leading it looks amazing... buuuuutttt,,,,like I said im not sure what the long term would b if I continue it because its soo much sugar,,, especially bananas!

thanks, I did increase to 2400 now. tried that banana girl diet these past 4 days... felt good at first, but don't understand how that much sugar can b good! and no protein and very little fats... so im going back to what I was doing.. 4 days cant do much harm right???!!?

also a good idea, but from the sounds of it her traveling will make it hard to do so... they will be in a different city almost every night, when they arrive they go straight to stage n practice/set up, then get on the bus after the show n head to the next location... lots of sleeping on the bus and eating there too... so…

good idea! I don't know why I didn't even think of that... iv been trying to figure out something she can pack with her that would give her a serving of veggies but not go bad... like something that she can put in her bag n travel with

thanks... there a particular reason u cut it off besides ur shake at 7? i am pretty good at healthy/ clean eating, i am also a vegetarian... so most, if not all of my calories are healthy :)
