Thank you! I've had a bag of the tofu noodles in my fridge for awhile but I've been afraid of them. I just took them, washed 'em off (that smell.....:indifferent: but it did go away!) and tried the method you posted. I like them! The texture is a little...odd but I can eat them. Yep I'm really struggling with this too!! I have the final 18 left and it's SO hard to staty motivated now. Plus the weight loss is so much slower. This sounds interesting and totally do-able, I've heard it but never really looked into it. I went to the website and it sounds like I could still do it as a vegetarian. I'm a vegetarian on a low sodium diet as well, it seems so tough sometimes! Let me think. I'm assuming you have access to a fridge if you're taking salads? Microwave?

I'm doing this one, most likely! I live on the TN/GA border and probably doing both the GA and TN mud runs as well as some local ones. Really need to get more serious on the training though. Never done anything like this before, I'm excited!
