How do you like yoga and how has it help you stay in shape?

I usually run the threadmill for 20 mins or do Bikram Yoga.

Thank you so much for the add... We can do this together. Let's take one day at a time :) I think when you track what you eat you are WAY more aware of your body and tend not to over eat! SO track everything!
