This happens to me a lot too. I find that if I work out in the morning I tend to over eat the rest of the day because I'm so hungry. Even though I eat a decent size meal post workout. I try to drink plenty of water and that helps a bit but not much. Anyone else have tips to curb their appetite?

I add cinnamon to my oatmeal or on top of peanut butter toast.

I was a 38D in high school and after losing weight I'm now a 34B, maybe? I haven't measured but the girls are definitely smaller and it's been terrible. Breast augmentation in my future!

I would say update it once you've moved 5 pounds (up or down) on the scale. Updating for every pound just seems a bit excessive lol.

I'm 10 days into Paleo but I'm aiming to make it 80% of my diet. Not 100% I'm keeping oatmeal, PB, and dairy in my diet. I could definitely clean it up a bit because I'm sure now I'm really only doing about 60%. I just upped my calories a few mins ago to hopefully be able to reach that. Since I'm Paleo, candy is out of the question. The only thing that gets my sweet tooth really going is dark chocolate anyway.

I crossfit 4-5x a week for an hour and 2-3x a week I'll do 45 minutes of cardio. Usually running.

Since starting Crossfit my weight has gone up but so has the amount of muscle on my body. As I'm gaining more muscle in my arms and back I'd like to shed a little more belly fat so I can have more ab definition. I haven't had my body fat measured but I would love too!

I'm going to try adding in more protein shakes and upping my calories with good fats. Hopefully this moves the scale a bit.

My BMR is 1422 according to an online resource.

My "goal" everyday is 1560 and even with that I'm having a hard time meeting it. I wonder how I can up this. I eat when I'm hungry and never go to bed with a growling stomach. I want to be sure that I'm filling up on healthier things too instead of just eating more to reach my calorie goal and it being junk.

I've opened it now. I'm above 1400 to start out with and try to eat back my exercise calories but I assume I'm not eating enough of them back.

I do all sorts of things to my oatmeal. Some good ideas are: PB mixed in (can be plain, crunchy, dark chocolate) Strawberries and almond milk with almonds Mango chunks mixed in Chocolate protein powder mixed in. Endless possibilities!

Tuna is a pretty cheap and healthy product. It ranges from .89-1.00 a can. Also, oatmeal is amazing! Try and stay away from the pre packaged ones though, nothing but sugar there.
