exactly what cafeaulait7 said, if you are going to eat carbs in your diet they have to be low GI foods, low glycemic index foods. lean meats, and be careful with fruits At least those are healthy sugars but still, you have to watch them. Better to eat veggies then fruits. And its better to keep your carbs at ur snack…

Starting my jucing on monday! pretty excited!!! Was thinking of adding a protein shake along with it, but i think now after reading this and another thing from joe cross ill just stick to the juicing for 30days might do longer if i can.

i agree that you dont want to have too much fruit with your juice but i do think there are many benifits from jucing at least as temporary solution. then transition to healthy foods. :)

those frozen veggie bags are awesome to have!! they are great for 2 or so meals and are so quick and easy to use. Im considering doing this too- but it would suck if a lot of the weight came back on, maybe like you said having the one real meal durring the day then have juice the rest of the time. maybe that will work! :)

Years ago, my friend and i snuck in burritos from this great fast food mexican place, called Muchas Gracias... it was scary but so much fun too hahhaa!! here we are trying to eat burritos in the dark and not get hot sauce everywhere hahaha!!
