I'm on here almost daily and my friends can see my diary, I'll send you a request:-)

My husband use to complain about my workouts. I too, use to workout at least twice per day training for triathlons. It took me quite a while to figure out that he wasn't actually upset about the workouts, he was upset because he wasn't getting to spend much time with me. I now only workout once per day in the morning so we…

Sugar free french vanilla creamer and stevia. I absolutely love my coffee:-)

I do my lifting at home. I have an Olympic weight set and my rack has supporters so I don't need a spotter. I use the Olympic set for compound lifts, then if I want, I can move on to dumb bells for isolation movements. I would recommend checking out stronglifts.com.

Bump, sounds delicious!!

I'm not currently doing them, but I use to train muay thai and jiu jitsu. Absolutely loved it:-)

Thanks for sharing! You are truly an inspiration!!! GOD IS AMAZING:-))

I use to suffer from chronic muscle soreness. It has gotten better since I have increased my daily protein to .8 grams per pound of body weight. I'm not sure how much protein you eat per day, but this might help.

I love to workout! I am also fun yet focused! I'm starting the 90 days for Tapout on Monday. I'll send you a request!

I got the set 2 weeks ago, and I've done week 1. Due to a trip this week, I think I'm going to start week 1 again next week. I log the workouts with a heart rate monitor.

I've had some of Eilliens almonds and peanuts and they had a higher calorie count due to the cottonseed oil they use. The other ones with a lower calorie count don't have any additives.

Ditto!!

I think you should just do it! If you have a morning to go run the route ahead of time, you'll be extra prepared for race day:-)

I started doing some of the workouts last week! They are fun!!

In my experience, tri suits run 1 size smaller than usual.
-
I don't use an underwire one. I like a speedo sports bra and I always get them a size smaller than I wear in my normal bras. Yes, one piece, I'd hate to have to take time to adjust anything. My suit and bra are still damp when I'm done but it's not bad.
-
Yes, you can wear a regular sports bra. I do, because, like you said, the ones that come with the tri suits are too big and not supportive enough.
-
I also have a TON of trouble sleeping. Nothing seems to help, so I'm interested in seeing suggestions.

A nice bike ride!

Feel free to add me for support, I'm on here pretty much everyday!

I'm a runner, feel free to add me.

I try to eat 3-4 oz of lean meat and vegetables 3 times a day. I use to snack on fruit, like you, but I found it just made me hungrier.
-
Awesome job! You look amazing:-)

I'd have to say the bowflex is great! I really like doing rowing, biceps, and triceps on it. It is also safe, you don't have to have a spotter. The problem that my husband has run into is maxing out on the resistance, but only on the bench press and rowing exercise.

Bumping........

The difference is generally going to be minimal, they are all estimates anyway. If I'm worried that the calorie burn doesn't add up based upon my level of exertion then I estimate lower by cutting off a few minutes of the activity time.

Hi jamieK917, I'm also training for tris:-) Since I workout frequently, I'm almost always hungry, so I have to watch my caloric intake and macros carefully. I can easily eat more than I should too. I'll send you a friend request.

Currently, my weekly workout schedule looks like this: Run: 5 times/wk Bike: 3 times/wk Swim: 3 times/wk Lift: 3 times/wk

Hi Brandi, I'm active on this site, I pretty much log everyday and if I get behind, I catch up the next day. I'll send you a friend request:-)

Getting over the hump is really the help I need. I have to have foot surgery later this year, pain permitting, so the better shape I'm in before the surgery the easier it'll be for me to jump right back into it afterwards! I added you shinyshell55.
