Anita drives me crazy in Cardio 2 and I think WO 6. She's wearing the light gray pants and you can totally see crotch sweat when she does the plie squats. I know it happens and all, but the camera man needs to stop zooming in and they need to put black pants on all the girls!!! I do think she has flawless form though.…

It was as bad as I thought it would be. Ugh! I almost started to cry because I couldn't figure out how to do some of these stupid moves. Argh!

I was a week off. I keep doing that. I actually start it today and I am procrastinating.

I'm having a hard time not twisting my hips during the plank rows. The lunge chop things get me too. My form stinks.

Running Man Those planks to crescent things (why can't I do that?) Fast Feet Jumping Jacks--I have too much belly fat and my tummy flops. :( I love the suicides (well maybe not love..) because I don't have coordination and I can do that.

This workout was tough! I struggled with some of the moves and I hope I can get better at the planks, the crescent pose and some of the cardio. I was so gross and sweaty afterwards. I think I am going to use lighter weights until I get the moves down.

Around 5:15AM and then I get ready for work. When I was doing the kickstart week, it was really hard because the afternoon workout was hard to fit in especially when the kids were in the room.

I did it without the food plan (just kept it under 1200/1300 calories) and did the workouts for the kick start. I lost about 6 pounds. (I can't get my ticker to be correct!)

Oh dear me, the running man is horrid. Absolutely horrid. I can literally hear my tummy flopping around when I do those damn things.

I substituted in a Biggest Loser dvd Cardio Max. I needed that break! :)

Probably. I will have dig through my dvds and find one that is straight cardio. I have a lot of dvds, but most are like 30 day shred etc. Good call about getting tired of cardio 2 too fast.

I am TIRED of this workout. The kick start week is brutal having that same dvd over and over. Would I be able to do Cardio 2? Only on the two cardio workout days.

I'm on my 3rd day of the kick start and I am feeling it. I've lost quite a bit already which is exciting. I am not following the meal plan, but sticking to 1200 calories. Are you eating your exercise calories?

I'm starting tomorrow morning. I am planning on doing the jump start. The food part is going to be the hardest part of that I think.
