1) MY COLLARBONES. They are SO obvious and protrude so much. Makes me look so thin! Same for my very slim and nice shoulders and neck. 2) A THINNER FACE. I barely have cheeks (I used to have massive ones!) and have cheekbones now! 3) My clothes are too big on me! I LOVE that. I still won't go shopping though. Call me crazy…

The elliptical at my gym keeps track of your heart rate... there's a HRM on it... sooo... I think I'm good? If I'm not, please correct me. I don't want to think differently and be wrong in how much calories I've burned all this time... And I find that the MFP elliptical measurement is weird... wouldn't it be hard to gauge…

Thank you guys for the help! I think I'll just stick to using my home scale, despite how very little I trust it, because it's the only scale that weighs in the morning which is the best time to be weighed. i appreciate the responses. You're all awesome!

Yes, very much... I'm repeatedly told of how slim I've gotten and everything. But I have body fat to shed and the existence of it just makes me feel so..... fat. I'm less than what was my ideal weight a year ago yet I'm not pleased. I don't think I'll ever be pleased unless I look very toned and have no hanging body fat.…

10lbs in 4wks? Unless you are heavy (where water weight sheds off quickly at first), then 10 lbs in 4wks is simply insane... shoot for 5lbs in 4wks. That's healthy.
