Define Huge... From what I saw on your page, your highest weight was 142... What does that make me? Obese? Congrats on losing 161 pounds though..

Seeing mannequins that don't look like barbie dolls would be nice. Being a size 10 is not a bad thing, but neither is being a size 4. I think it would also decrease the chance of having people become obsessed with trying to get to that barbie doll figure via being anorexic or bulemic. There wouldn't be such a forced self…

55 second wall sits!! Sounds like a challenge! :) Might have to do that.

When I started this journey, I was 224 pounds and was snuggly fitting into a size 14. I lost 40 pounds (gained 20 back) and was able to fit into a size 10. Sadly, I cannot fit in those but my 14s are still too big to wear. I have heard when you lose 20 lbs you drop a size. But I think it differs per individual.

Isn't 1200 calories a little too low??? You may want to rethink that.

I exercise in the evening, anywhere from 7-10 and after I get home and shower, I am ready for bed and beat tired. Then I sleep great and wake up feeling even better. It's rejuvenating! :)

Those pretzel rolls are amazing! All these dishes look great! Something I will have to try :) Pork and beef bulgogi scallion burgers on steamed buns, topped with kimchi, bacon and a gochujang/sriracha GY sauce. [/quote]

This being my first time posting on one of these things, I just thought I would say that this is a NSV. You have gone through quite the lifestyle change, and it is good to see that you don't want to give it up. Shows true dedication!
