Oh my - I think I outdo a lot of you. Compared to some 'binges' I'm not sure you will even believe how much I consume. Just the other day I ate: * Toast with avocado * A whole block of cadbury chocolate (the new MArvelous block) * a pack of family size grain waves (chips) * a big bowl of spaghetti blognaise * 4 beers * 6…

THanks! Good idea to ask my doctor - it's just something I feel a bit embarrassed about and you would't know I'm a binge eater from looking at me (I'm not really overweight) and I keep it well hidden. Might need to just do it though!!

If I'm being good I'll have vodka, soda and lime. The only calories there are in the vodka, so about 60, and the drink isn't too sweet either. If I'm indulging a little (and if I've been strict with my diet up until I head out) then I go for wine, sometimes a beer or two. depends on the weather. Everything in moderation…

I'm exactly the same!! I can't help myself.... I am so fit and strict with food during the week. I go to the gym twice every day and eat about 1200 a day, then come the weekend I can't help myself. I binged Thurs-Sunday last week. Every night I went to bed feeling so sick I couldnt move. I woke up each morning with aching…

Thank you - finally somebody who understands!

I actually like raw chilli. You should really give your own amazing suggestions a go before recommending them though

Geez people - settle down! I've already lost 6kg - I'm 56kg and 175cm tall so I'm by no means fat. I do take healthy eating seriously - just had a couple of bad days so I am wanting to be super strict the week leading up to the wedding. I will not be 'torturing myself' or resorting to nibbling on mayonaise and cayenne…

Do you mean like a laxative tea or something?

p.s. no offence, but replacing wine with a hot bath and soothing music is just not going to cut it!!

1 glass of wine a night? Enjoy it!! As long as you're not finishing the bottle you should allow yourself that small treat. A red a night is good for the heart anyway, right? I also drink quite often but just make sure I factor it into my daily calories. I would rather have a wine with dinner than an extra snack during the…

I think I will try and go to a class a week perhaps - it's just going to be hard to fit in because I'm moving about so much!

I am vegan 90% of the time. (I know that sounds ridiculous). Basically, if I cook for myself I am completely vegan. If I have a work event or a friends event which it is difficult to be vegan at I make a sacrifice. I probably eat dairy/meat once a week. feel so much better with all the fruits and vegies!

If you're anything like me you need something substantial to battle the hangover. Eating a salad is not going to hit the spot and you'll probably end up bingeing on crap later on. Better to have a slightly less healthy lunch and control the urge! I suggest carbs as it'll fill you up. Why not try an chicken and avocado…

Im in! I've just came off a binge bender, not feeling great ! :(

Keep your head up! Focus more on other benefits from eating healthy and exercising rather than just focusing on the scales. I know that when I'm eating right I have more energy, am in a better mood and generally feel healthier...

24 verging on 25.... !

Wow- drama. I was by no means implying that 400 grams was a huge amount, I was just curious as to why I would have put on weight (no matter how large) in 7 days when I have been eating less and exercising more. In the past I have found it quite easy to lose at least 1 to 1.5kg (Yes, I am Australian and will continue to use…

Yes I know! I need more patience but it seems to be happening so slowly... HArd to stay motivated without seeing results

Cottage cheese and vegemite on bread and grilled. It's amazing! I also use it in omeletes, yum!

Almost a week! I have been doing well by distracting myself with exercise....

Hi! Starting off running is always hard but improvement is really quick! I have ran one half marathon and will do another one in October. They are the most exciting events! I hope to run a full mara one day too.. The hardest thing about running is just getting your endurance up. It is really true that you have to break…
