  • I am vegan 90% of the time. (I know that sounds ridiculous). Basically, if I cook for myself I am completely vegan. If I have a work event or a friends event which it is difficult to be vegan at I make a sacrifice. I probably eat dairy/meat once a week. feel so much better with all the fruits and vegies!

  • Keep your head up! Focus more on other benefits from eating healthy and exercising rather than just focusing on the scales. I know that when I'm eating right I have more energy, am in a better mood and generally feel healthier...
