SO TODAY WAS MY FIRST OFFICIAL WEIGH IN, AND IM DOWN 2 LBS. I KNOW, NOT MUCH, BUT I SAW THE SCALE MOVE, THATS ALL THAT MATTERS. I MEASURED AND I HAD LOST 1/2 IN IN MY WAIST AND HIPS. I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT BECAUSE I HAD A FEW BAD DAYS THIS WEEK BUT, I TRIED TO MAKE UP FOR IT AT THE GYM. :bigsmile:

Well, like many, I ate out today, had Arbys and the whole time I was eating it, I kept thinking...... I wonder what this will add up to. So I drank lots and lots of water today, ate really good for supper, and took my butt strait up to the gym. I just put in all of my calories and to my surprise, I only went over by 58…

This is my biggest problem....nightime eating. Although I've been really making the effort to not eat after 7 or so, I am finding myself waking up in the middle of the night.....HUNGRY!! So far, Im making it, barely, but Im hoping my body will just adjust. Tonight I am chewing gum, and drinking water.:bigsmile:

SAME HERE... HAD SNOW DAY THE PAST 2 DAYS AND WE ORDERED OUT FOR LUNCH AT WORK, EVEN DRANK A SODA:grumble: SOOOO I WORKED OUT X-TRA LAST NIGHT AND PLAN TO DO THE SAME TONIGHT, JUST HAVE TO GET BACK ON TRACK!

Same here, I find that on the weekends, we eat out more, I guess for convenience. I can go mostly all week eating really good and not drinking soda, and then the weekend comes and you feel like you ruined your whole week!
