Ok, so I know that there are numerous reasons why drinking lots of water is healthy for you, but what is the idea behind it here. I mean, I see a lot of people encouraging others to drink lots of water, and maybe if I knew some of the benefits behind it, it might give me a little more motivation to drink more during the day. I think I saw where someone put that it moves the fat out, is this true??

uh.. no, water doesn't flush fat out, but that'd be nice. Water can save you a bajillion calories when you use it to replace high-cal drinks like soda, and sugary fruit "juices". It can help to flush out excess sodium (which causes water retention), but that certainly isn't the same as flushing out fat.0
