ITS WORKING!
SO TODAY WAS MY FIRST OFFICIAL WEIGH IN, AND IM DOWN 2 LBS. I KNOW, NOT MUCH, BUT I SAW THE SCALE MOVE, THATS ALL THAT MATTERS. I MEASURED AND I HAD LOST 1/2 IN IN MY WAIST AND HIPS. I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT BECAUSE I HAD A FEW BAD DAYS THIS WEEK BUT, I TRIED TO MAKE UP FOR IT AT THE GYM. :bigsmile:

WEEKENDS!!!
Well, like many, I ate out today, had Arbys and the whole time I was eating it, I kept thinking...... I wonder what this will add up to.
