WEEKENDS!!!

Well, like many, I ate out today, had Arbys and the whole time I was eating it, I kept thinking......
I wonder what this will add up to. So I drank lots and lots of water today, ate really good for supper, and took my butt strait up to the gym. I just put in all of my calories and to my surprise, I only went over by 58 calories, not bad.....right??
Oh well, I'll just have to do better tomorrow. I will say this...That French dip sandwich was DANG GOOD!

    hey just run up and down your stairs for 5 minutes then sleep easy!!!!
