SO.... IM NEW TO THIS SITE, BUT YOU ALL SEEM AWESOME!! THIS SEEMS LIKE SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT SYSTEM! IM REALLY EXCITED TO SET SOME GOALS FOR MYSELF AND HOPEFULLY SEE SOME PROGRESS.
MY BIGGEST PROBLEMS..... SNACKING AT NIGHT, AND DRINKING SODA
TWO BAD HABITS THAT I THINK ARE GOING TO BE REALLY HARD TO BREAK, ESPECIALLY THE SNACKING AT NIGHT, I AM A BIG CEREAL EATER.

    Hi! You will find there are some pretty great people on here who will help with great advise, or a boost of support when you need it. I know what you mean about the sodas. I've been off them for almost 4 weeks now, but it will get easier as time goes on.
