When your body is sick it is asking for a rest. Take a few days off the exercise. I personally do a two day on/ one day off training programme. That way I work out 4days one week and 5 the next! Works out well for me! Take a rest, get plenty of VitC and next week you can start again! x

TOM visited me today. I've been craving sugar! I ate a pretty good diet but then this evening I got really shaky so I had four biscuits. Then I had two bags of crisps. Oops! Ah well!

A few days before mine I eat like a horse! I am liabel to eat anything that sits still for long enough! My body CRAVES sugar! I try to up my fruit intake now so I get lots of natural sugar but ya know what, for that one week of the month I think it's ok to allow yourself some chocolate! I think we get more dehydrated then…

There are kitchen facilities but they are to feed patients, not staff. Increased risk of infection etc. Only kitchen staff allowed in there! There is also cafe's etc in the hospitals but I tend to order the wrong things and get tepmted by cakes etc at these places so would prefer to bring my own food in! As I said I will…

I LOVE salmon! I eat it a lot as I don't eat meat, only fish. I have this receipe that I use when I'm really hungry and don't want my dinner to take too long! Thai Salmon (15mins) One salmon steak per person. Garlic (How much is a personal choice!) Raw ginger (again, personal choice!) Thai rice Green curry paste Veg of…

I would agree with the water!!!!!! Also make sure you're getting enough protein! I find a tin of tuna when I'm really hungry does the job when I'm on the go! And if you mix it with some sweet chilli sauce as opposed to mayo it's much lower in points! Also a little bag of nuts in your bag! Good luck with the 10lbs!!!
