"New" old outfit

I wore a skirt with a matching top to work this morning. I felt really pretty in it. When my boss walked in the door the first thing he said was "Dennis (my hubby) let you out of the house like that?" I said "if that is your way of saying I look nice, Thanks!" I stopped at home on my lunch hour and my 14 year old daughter asked me if my outfit was new and that it looked nice. I told her no, I have had it for a few years but just now able to fit into it again. I told myself that Dennis (my hubby) better notice and say something or he was going to be in big trouble. Well he walked in the door after a long day at work and the first thing out of his mouth was "Wow-you look beautiful!" Needless to say I have had a good day!
