Hi everyone
I just wanted to say HI. I found this site last week by accident. I just wanted an app to keep track of my daily intake. I've been trying to lose weight for the last 3 months and have had some success. But like alot of people, I am just assuming, have had times when I just can't loss the weight no matter what I do.

Hi madaquarist! Welcome along!
Some weeks my body refuses to budge for me but the key is to keep going. Those pounds will come off eventually. If you are excersising maybe you need to increase this a little?! I lost 14lbs last year but for the last 4 I had to increase mine. I think my body got use to the 40mins 3 times a week and stalled. As soon as I increased it ( I did a two day on, one day off plan) I started to lose again!
