drinking a ton of water will get you off your butt a bunch to use the restroom. It also keeps your metabolism going. other then that welcome to working in corp america!

Thank you for the welcomes! So I weigh in Sunday night when i decided to start this after a weekend of eating and drinking to the fullest. Now a 1.5 days later and a 1650 calories day yesterday and I am 7 lbs down. I also drank 100 oz of water yesterday. Anyone else have immediate response like this? I am sure its just i…
