I Plan my "workout" if you can call it that. I only walk 20-25 min. on my treadmill five days a week. And if my "diet buddy" wants to walk when she gets off work, then I walk with her another 20-30 min. a day. (which is usually about two times a week)

I KNOW I wasn't good looking growing up, but to have someone come up and tell me that I look BETTER now that I am 44 than when I was 20... WOW, I was SKINNY back then and now, I am in the process of getting "skinny" again. I am not sure, but I guess I am "blessed" with GETTING OLDER.. lol

Great Job! My hubby is on here too, and he has lost the same amount of weight as I have 15lbs. My goal is much higher than his, but I am enjoying the healthy cooking and the advice I am getting from MFP friends.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

My husband and I are doing this together. He is the same way. He is less interested in other people's progress and success stories than I am. He only "checks" out mine. And tells me that I am doing a Great Job. I on the other hand, want to know your secrets and "diet tricks" and things like that. lol

Have you tried talking to a nutritionist? Maybe you are eating the Wrong foods for the working out that you do. There are "bad carbs" and healthy carbs. I had an eating disorder for 14 yrs. I was "skinny" and FAT the whole time. I kept waiting to DIE, and my only thought was " at least I would die "skinny"." I eat because I AM BORED. I now find myself reaching for lettuce or an apple when that happens. I can't seem to control the "habit" but I can surely control what I put in my mouth.
