I'm doing MRC...again. I lost 68 pounds about 3 years ago but the weight was slowly starting to creep back up. I've been back for a little over 3 weeks and have lost 13 pounds.

I will ditto the visit to your doctor. I've suffered with heavy flow for 2-3 years and my doctor finally gave me a medicine sample to try (Lysteda). You might try to log the times when you binge eat. Is it a certain time of the day, etc? That way, you can figure out if there's a pattern then work to change it. For example, if you get a hankerin' for a honey bun around 3:00 (like me!) then perhaps you can schedule to eat a healthy snack around that time, like an apple.…
