I very rarely sweat, I get a little glisten, but that's it. I'm pretty sure I train right! ;-)

You can eat whatever you like & lose weight, as long as it fits your macros. Obviously, the more you indulge in less nutritional foods, the more macros you use. As I love eating, I keep my food pretty clean, so I can eat lots of it.
