No do not lower your expectations that is unless you are actively looking for the "perfect" man because there is no perfect man because no one is perfect. So just follow your heart and try to look at the good in people and not to nit picky. Eventually the right man will come around.

Yes sometimes I get the Ravioli di Portobello and yes that is one of the better choices I was surprised at the calorie count for it as well. I know its not the best place for a dieter but thats where they want to go so I am going and trying to be smart about it.

I've been making this connection lately as well. My mind tells me to eat when I am experiencing a wide range of emotions: When I am stressed, bored, tired, happy...the list goes on. I really have to learn to control my emotions with out turning to food.
