How hard is 30DS (motivation wise)

Ive been wanting to try 30DS but I usually cannot stay motivated to do exercise videos, i'd prefer to go to the gym or go to a fitness class... any time ive tried to do a workout video i always just stop because im bored..... how is the 30DS... is it upbeat, fun or motivating at all? I dont want to buy it if its just another boring workout video!

    It's only about 22 minutes long and it flies by. It's broken down into a short warmup, then 3 circuits consisting of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. Loved it!
  • I usually don't stick with videos or any excercise either. What I have figured out with 30DS and my Curves workout is that I can do anything for 30 minutes if I'm burning calories. With the 30DS you really don't do anything longer than a minute and then move on to the next thing. And there are 3 different levels, so when you feel you have mastered one you can move on. I like to do the video on my non gym days and so far I'm doing just that.

    The more you do it the easier it gets and the faster the workout goes by. I have not been able to stick with it for 30 days striaght my life is just to hectic to do it everyday but I eventually would like to. Right now I usually do it 3 times a week, do a few other workout video's, jog on treadmill, and swim laps. I am try to lose a lot of weight so I also don't feel doing the 30DS alone is enough for me.
