these last two weeks have been very stressful, I have been expierencing (speel check) LOL peri-menopause symptoms for the last two yrs and this month as really thrown me for a loop!! MY TOM started on the 10th and well with the exception of maybe 2 dats break I'm still spotting. some day heavier than others!! I am really frustrated over this and I do not want to go on Hormone replacement I want to do this has naturally as possible, put enough crap in my body through some of the food I eat I do'nt want to add to it!! Anyone else going through this, feel free to message me :ohwell:0 -

Welcome to my plateau hell. Figured my average net before the plateau was 1500/day and after the plateau started it was 1450/day. Less is obviously not working. Yesterday I bumped up to 1700/day and I'm not going to touch it for 2-3 weeks, no matter how much the initial fluctuations scare me. The good news is that ToM is only 4 days out and I haven't seen the usual 2lb gain yet, so maybe it's already working!
I'm so happy though for everyone else who are seeing consistent big losses!0 -

Congrats to this week's BIGGEST LOSER: bebe3232! She lost 3.5 lbs this week and lost 11lbs all together this month! Also, big congrats to everyone this week. We lost a total of 12.2 lbs this week!
And I just want to give a big thank you to EVERYONE that has stuck with us from the beginning. I'm so proud of all of you amazing ladies. Now for our total amount lost ALL TOGETHER. This is only with the ladies who have been here from the beginning and have continued to weigh in every Wednesday until now! Our total lost all together THIS MONTH is...
