So I am late in joining, but next month I'll be around the whole time.... last week I was 168 even... this week 166.8 and I am actually surprised by the loss since my weekend consisted of gourmet burgers, beer and icecream..... I would love to break into those 150's before I go on holidays and visit my mom....last time she saw me I was the high 190's! *cough*4 months ago*cough*0

Hey all! I was pretty sick for a week (fever, sinues... all around yuckiness) so I didn't post last week. The good news is that upping my calories while I was sick and fighting this thing helped to break my plateau! I hope to get back on track today exercise-wise (now that I can breathe properly!)
