If you don't let go once in a while, you go nuts. Just get back on track and plan a weekly "cheat" meal (I usually make mine Saturday evening dinner and dessert) you can look forward to so you don't slip again. :)

It's not that I LOVE it -- it's just fun to mix up the routine every now and then. When I am sick of jogging, I go to the gym for cardio. When I'm sick of the gym, I Zumba. When I want a light day, I do the Wii Fit. It's just about variety for me. :D

Oh yeah, when I lived in London for the summer (which prompted me to major in English Literature, btw!), "Fanny" packs were still relatively new in the US, and when I called it that, my foreign exchange family laughed and told me to absolutely not call it that. Memories. XD

my trainer has me do this after leg and butt workouts, but it's up to you what works for you. I wouldn't tell you to ignore anyone's advice here as something will definitely work for you. :)

After you do this, to keep your thighs and butt from hurting too much, walk it off on a treadmill at about an 8% incline for 20 minutes at maybe 3.0 - 3.5 mph. :D
