I'm 5'1 and starting weight is at 134lbs and now for two months I was able to reach 120lbs. My goal weight is 115lbs and if ever I reach it this May, then I'll go as low as 100lbs which was my weight 8 years ago. :D

I look at the nutrition facts in every food before buying and eating it. HAHAHAHA! paranoia too!

I'd rather do breakdance than doing 100 burpees. LOL. But seriously, there are other ways for you burn calories than taking the 100 burpee challenge. :smokin:

I'm pearshaped too. I guess let's call ourselves blessed. Those hips especially our buns are one precious gift to us! Getting it firm would be awesome too. Continue the calorie count at 1,200 and dance it all out 6 days a week. Lost 7 pounds so far in 2 and a half weeks. :)
