Protein or Meal Replacement Shake Recipes Please?

:drinker: I think if i started my day off with a protein shake, i would feel better and get off to a better morning. The only problem is i don't know any reci[pes or the first thing about making them! Help Please! It doesnt even have to be protein. I have heard alot of shakes with kale, PB ect........

    Peanut butter, a banana, flax seed, vanilla yogurt & almond milk. It's yummy.

    Try buying Ensure with Fiber. It's a good and healthy replacement. :)

    8 oz vanilla flavored unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 of a frozen banana
    1 scoop whey protein powder
    1 tbsp Hershey's cocoa powder
    1 C frozen unsweetened berries of your choice
    Blend with ice to make 24 Oz volume.

    ~350 kcal, ~25 grams of protein, and I don't get hungry 'til lunchtime.
