Maybe eat at maintenance for a week and try some new fun workouts? I like to go hiking :) Try Zumba or something fun at a gym. They will typically let you take a class for 5$ or so. You've lost 30 pounds!!! That's great!!

made a single serving cobbler (with whole wheat flour) tonight. Did 30DS and C25K. Figured the calories wouldn't kill me :) also exfoliated and painted fingers/toes :)

this is for yesterday :) I didn't do great at all.... need easter candy gone!! And I just kinda munched a lot. BUT, I kept it all under control and got my exercise in. So, I'm happy :)

yay! I"m on day 7 level 1 today! Which would be the farthest I have ever made it :) I log it as circuit training

Anything that isn't typical workout. Hiking, tennis, caving,etc. Unfortunately, we are broke, hubby works all the time and I have a 3 year old..... soooo, 30 day shred or running it is!

I've been praying (I can do all things through Christ!) and crocheting to keep my hands busy and lets me forget about my cravings Tonight was a close call!!!! Probably the closest yet (and the nights still not over:( )

I have the same symptoms of PMS during ovulation.... sometimes worse. Fun fun!!

I think that those of us who really truly binge (meaning 1,000's of calories) understand. When I overeat and go 400-1000 over my calories because I was eating cookies, or chips, or extra servings of dinner or bored or having a bad day.... it's not the same as when I am out of control and shoving a whole loaf of bread+…
