I work in the bar industry... And I'm a party promoter... That's my job is to get everyone to have fun, drink... And well party.. So it's not just drinking "casually". This will be interesting this weekend. I'lol be fooling these hooligans with water shots (for me) :)

Have you heard of kangoos?? You can YouTube video them!! I have a pair, they are an awesome/fun way to work out!!

@jazzy550 no I don't... Maybe I should. I just love the place I go. The bikes are AMazing. They track every thing for you, calories burned, how far you went, average mph, it's in the dark with a spot light on the instructor. We ride to the beat of the music. I just love it!!!!

I think my body has gotten use to them. I have been going for a year and a half doing 14 class 5 days a week. I have built the tolerance for more then one a day

Thanks !!! It's so much fun!! I live for this now. Infanct I'm heade to Eastern Europe to meet up with some fitness gurus! I will keep posting about what I have learned, hopefully I wil see change in my body while Im There :)

No, I juice just for the fun of it. But my work outs include lifting and 10 cycle classes monday - Friday at flywheel. Which I suggest if your city has this gym you just go!! It's amazing!! Hey gang!! :0) I'll be joining this challenge, I move to LA in July.. So i culd def, use this to get motivated to fit before moving. Insecure is never a good look, and I dont think LA would like that :0) todays weight 190... goal weight 140.. but in 9 weeks 165 GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

I like using kettle balls for my work outs. Another good cardio/full body work out is ball slams! Those are awesome!

Infact, I love walking out of the gym , getting into my place taking my work out clothes off and seeing the sweat marks on my shirts and the booty of my pants! It's an exhillerating feeling!

i love to sweat, when it comes to working out! Its you fat crying, at least thats what i tell myself. When i have a good sweat going i feel like i had a great work out!
