    Three?! As in 3x45mins?
You weren't working hard enough in the first if you managed three! ;)

I think my body has gotten use to them. I have been going for a year and a half doing 14 class 5 days a week. I have built the tolerance for more then one a day
  • I love spin! I do 5 classes a week, 2 doubles, 1 single. :D

I love my RPM class (Les Mills version of spin). I use it as part of my cross training for the days I don't run or lift weights.

Do you use a heart monitor?

Sounds like you have gotten in decent shape and are ready to jump on a road bike. :)

@jazzy550‌ no I don't... Maybe I should. I just love the place I go. The bikes are AMazing. They track every thing for you, calories burned, how far you went, average mph, it's in the dark with a spot light on the instructor. We ride to the beat of the music. I just love it!!!!

Yes I love spin too! But I have been told that if you go over a certain heart rate and stay there you are out of the fat burning mode. I wonder if there's any truth to that!??

For practical purposes no. If you go anabolic you are using mostly glycogen in your muscles, but you can only do that for a few minutes before you hit the floor. You are always burning fat and glycogen in constantly changing ratios. Better to use your HRM to improve your cardiovascular system, the fat will burn.
