    Progess pictures! 210 lb. - 168 lb

    Hey Everyone!! I wanted to share some photo's to help keep you motivated. I know it helped me a lot when I first started my weight loss journey, to see other people's progress! I started off at 210 lb. and now at 168 lb... My motivation is not a weight number but how I feel! Good luck and enjoy your new and improved self! Happy Monday

      Hi - looking forward to seeing the pics as your start weight and goal (or perhaps not your actual goal) weight are similar to mine. I've never posted pics but I have seen a few people say you need IMG to be img (i.e. lower case).

      No, I juice just for the fun of it. But my work outs include lifting and 10 cycle classes monday - Friday at flywheel. Which I suggest if your city has this gym you just go!! It's amazing!! And I just got really serious about my diet. I
      Literally eat only veggies and chicken some fruit and LOTS OF WATER. In a week I have seen a difference in my body. It's crazy I don't miss alcohol, sugar, bread, it's a great feeling. Stay positive and great things will come :)
