you need a food scale because it is very helpful. especially for me because i love nuts, and it is very easy to overeat with nuts. not to mention they are high in calories. i weigh them on my food scale and in that way i can keep everything in control. right nowi just ate 10 grams of almonds :)

i'm so proud of myself today because we ate dinner outside but still have managed to stay under my calories! :) way back then i'm always scared of dining out because i tend to binge. people have called me a "kill joy" for always throwing alibis. but now i'm totally fine! :)

i became fat when we moved. i missed my extended family so bad (i'm an only child) and i unconciously turned to food for comfort. also, there were several foods here that i couldn't usually have back home (like i have to go to the mall to get a delicious slice of pizza) and the convenience of having it within a minute…

i'm 5'2" and 104 lbs. :) trying to lose a couple more! the last few pounds are always the hardest to lose.

when i restrict myself from something i REALLY want to eat, and if it stays in the kitchen for like 2 days, i'll be like hey i might as well eat this since i've been trying to avoid it. something like that.

and thank you everyone for believing i'm more of an hour glass shape and not pear. i'm a little paranoid and tend to go into the negative side. i guess i'll do a little more cardio for my lower body and strength training for my upper. thanks y'all!

wow! you have a very tiny waist! anyways i have slightly toned arms, not shoulders. i've always thought i would look fatter (or should imsay bulky) if i gain muscles in my shoulders. i know, crazy.

it's up to you but i would advise you to never miss breakfast. it will make you very hungry for lunch and might as well be uncontrolled of your portions later throughout the day. maybe have some soup or salad before the fish n chips so that you'll feel full sooner, :) enjoy!

yes! :) it's actually better than depriving yourself from it because it will just lead to bingeing. just keep control of your portion and stay under your calories and you're good to go! :)

your weight fluctuates throughout the day. your clothes also are a factor when stepping on the scale. there are other more factors, so it's pretty normal to have different results, don't panic. :)
