Well thank you all! I pushed myself to work out and now I feel great that I did. A nice workout building muscle and losing fat, followed by a nice shower was just the thing I needed. :bigsmile:

Yeah, I'm just starting out after a LONG while. The two days one day off sounds more like what I should do right now. I also have LOTS of different exercise dvds that I can do. My husband has a total gym that I'd like to tone on as well.

Well, I don't live by myself. I am married with 3 kids , buy my hubby is the cook in our house. He doesn't make low fat meals, just regular food and he doesn't want to change his cooking or that for our children. Just weighed myself and I lost another 3 lbs as of today! I've been doing my usual Walk Away the Pounds for the 30 min a day 6 days a week! :bigsmile:

Ooooohhh! Me too! I'm reading Eclipse right now and I'm almost done with it. I'll be starting Breaking Dawn very soon! I also write my own novels so anything to do with literature is right up my ally and these books are very well written and hold my attention! Can't WAIT for the new movie!

I had a really hard day yesterday! It's not so much that I WANTED to, but family kept pushing food at me and saying "It's a holiday, eat!" I would NEVER lay out in the sun and tan! I've never in my life tanned outside. Many a summer I was white as a sheet until I discovered sunless tanners. I'm going to be 31 this month and still get people telling my I look 22. I do attribute that to never going in the sun without a high numbered sunblock! Take care of…

I have 3 young children and can not find the time to get away from the house to walk. With that said, I use the Walk Away the Pounds DVD's. Can I still join since it's technically walking??:embarassed: I walk 30 mins which is 2 miles. I do it every day right now 6 days a week, but I can cut down to three to join you all.…

I sometimes will have some string cheese and a few apple slices with a TINY bit of peanut butter before bed. Not right before, maybe an hour and a half or so before. I've found that it does help!:flowerforyou:

I have Core Rhythms and work it into my routine about twice a week. I like it! I like that I really only feel like I'm dancing while I'm really shedding the pounds! You'll sweat up a storm, but it's not so bad in intensity that you feel like you want to collapse. :laugh: It's a good program, it works!:drinker:
