What do you think about... Core Rhythm?

Okay so I was looking around for some new dvds to try and I saw the core dancing one. With Mary from "so you think you can dance" and a couple other people saying how they lost a whole lot of weight just by dancing and following the dancers... So before I actually buy the dvds, I wanted to know if any of you knowledgeable people have tried them? and if it's a good idea for me to purchase them...

    Hi Peach,
    i haven't tried core rhythms so i can't answers your questions - but I can recommend Turbo Jam. It has really fun music, different people you can watch if you want to do low intensity (not sure what your fitness level is) and does focus on your core. Kickboxing/dance/ martial arts is the focus and its a blast. My body is totally different since I started the program in January. I got great results.

  • I have Core Rhythms and work it into my routine about twice a week. I like it! I like that I really only feel like I'm dancing while I'm really shedding the pounds! You'll sweat up a storm, but it's not so bad in intensity that you feel like you want to collapse. :laugh:

    It's a good program, it works!:drinker:
