Are you supposed to do it everyday or rest after so many days?

How is the program meant to be done?:huh:

    :smile: Sorry I have no idea but if you feel like you can do it every day then go ahead, I just ordered the DVD from Wal Mart, hope to pick up soon since I did the Ship to Store so I wouldn't have to pay shipping charges!: I walk and or excercise in some form everyday and it hasn't hurt me in the slightest. I think it is up to you as an individual and how your strength holds up. smile:
