Ah.....but we just got done making some amazing Irish Stout...touch of mexican vanilla, dutch cocoa, wait a couple weeks and enjoy! YUMMMMM Have to settle for the Nut Brown Ale tonight.... I love cooking from scratch! :drinker:

I have found that my weight loss really slows down if I use the extra calories. So I look at them as a bonus in fat burning! :)

Have you though about wii fitness? I love mine. It has a great yoga routine, and quite a few other low impact exercises that are great when your locked inside!

There are some wii fitness listed under exercises, for fast calorie burn I like the free run, & rythum boxing. I also put together a 32 min yoga work out that is awesome for toning and balance. And the 32 min is good for 121 calories. As for the zumba, yes, it rocks! To find out how many calories it burns I input zumba…

I step on the scale first thing in the morning, NUDE! LOL! I need to see where my body is at. My metabolism is sooooo slow I can gain weight daily if not persistant. I LOVE yoga! :heart: I became hooked at 5 when my aunt taught me the "lotus". I did it religiously thru my late teens and early 20's.
