I could not see your food diary, but when I am struggling, I try to look back at the higher calorie meals or items and see if there are substitutes... of course, adding vegetables will always help satiety, but it is an evolution for me :) Just try to drink more water too.. vs. calories from drinks... and keep up the good…

have you tried adding high intensity interval training? it may jump start your metabolism again... burn more calories, make you feel good, etc :smiley:

My goal is to lose 55 lbs by November of 2014, then another 25 by November 2015... I have been adjusting my goals and increased my activity level. I also bought a fitbit that reminds me to move it on the days I have been lazy! You can do it! :)

I don't have a problem going to sleep or staying asleep, it is the waking up and getting going part! lol... Perhaps I am getting too much sleep... I will look at the trucker alarm! Excellent article! I went through that process years ago and only once I went to a team doctor did I start the eat less, train less until my body recovered... back on track now!

Pastaless lasagna... recipe is on www.thefoodee.com... it is so delicious and less than 300 cal per serving. I adjusted the recipe a bit and added more veggies to the sauce... definitely delish! :)
