I was doing so well. Got down to 202 and then broke up with the long term boyfriend (six years and a messy break up), moved out of my house into an apartment and having the worst year of work I've ever had. Follow this program. Track your foods and don't cheat. If you eat it, write it even if it means going over. That really, really helps. Track your exercise and your water. Honestly, I think this program is great and a lot of people have done so well on it. I'm on my way and I'm really happy. You can do it!!

I love my ninja too! It makes awesome smoothies and I never have to go back and fish out an ice cube or anything like that. Super, super yummy and they are not that expensive on Amazon lately.

Have you tried roasting your vegetables? I loved roasted asparagus, potatoes, onions, carrots. I drizzle a little bit of olive oil, add some salt and pepper and put them in the oven for like 15, twenty minutes and they come out soo good. works really well on the grill too.

I haven't lost much, but have you ever though about Wii? You can get a whole bunch of fitness games like EA Active, Wii Fit, Just Dance, Zumba, and a lot more. It's not a lot of space and it's fun and you can do it year round. Hope it helps.

I feel the same way. I've cut down from four diet cokes to one a day but I need my caffeine. As a teacher I have to have the energy to go, go, go right away with them. I'm trying to cut myself down this summer but I have noticed a low on my energy lately. I am trying but I can't kick it completely.

I'm insulin resistant too! Now it's only been a few days but I have been exercising everyday and I feel great. I'm starting smaller doing EA Active for twenty minutes cause I'm not at a 5K level yet, but I feel so much better. If the running made you feel defeated, maybe start smaller? But either way GREAT JOB!!

I think this is a great articles for those times when you think you have gone too far. I know with me, I will be doing great, then slip up a bit and then bam! I'm done with the diet and stop trying.
