Tips Please!!!!

I am currently loosing weight so I can join the military. I am 6ft. 1in and 256.4 lbs. I need to get to 201 lbs, if not that i need to meet the BMI taping. Id prefer to meet weight. Any tips on working our and recipes?

    Follow this program. Track your foods and don't cheat. If you eat it, write it even if it means going over. That really, really helps. Track your exercise and your water. Honestly, I think this program is great and a lot of people have done so well on it. I'm on my way and I'm really happy. You can do it!!
  • Like orlandosgoddess said, I would just start with logging every single thing you eat, that way you get an idea of how many calories you're taking in. Then you can set your diary settings to how much weight you want to lose a week, and it'll give you a calorie guideline based on that. Also be sure to eat lots of fruit, veggies, and whole grains, and try to exercise 3-5 times a week for about 30-60 minutes. :) Good luck!
