"One step at a time" -- I say this to remind me that I may have a long way to go but if I don't take the necessary steps I will not make it to my ultimate goal.

That's great progress! You're looking good and I am sure you're feeling better than ever with that 60 pounds gone. Keep up the good work.

I am public with people commenting about a noted loss. The others that are quiet, I am quiet.

I toast to the bride and groom at weddings, that's about it. It's a bit annoying at some functions when people keep urging me to have a drink. But they eventually give up and move on.

Congrats! You look great.

I teach first graders. I love children and the elderly because they are so honest. Children accidently hurt your feelings because they don't think about how they would feel if someone said the same thing to them. The elderly on the other hand feel they have earned the right not to hold back anymore. As I read the various…

Ice cream. My mind won't rest until it is all gone.

I had a major sweet tooth, but resisted the urge to get some yogurt covered almonds and thereby stayed under goal.

Congratulations to the successful losses! I slipped up and as a result went up instead of down. Now I probably won't reach this month's goal. :( SW 207 lbs CW 184.5 lbs GW (for the end of June) 180 lbs UGW 140 lbs Weigh in dates: June 10 = 182.5 lbs June 17 = 182.0 lbs (2 pounds to go to this month's goal) June 24 = 183.0…

I gave into my sweet tooth and had about 40 yogurt covered almonds. My intake was 2200 calories. I avoid that treat because I have no control.

Looking good girl! I am chopping away at my back fat, and I look forward to the day I can sing and share pics. Keep up the good work.

You look great! I am sure you feel even better than you look now that you are not carrying around all that extra weight. I think the picture of you and the little one sharing a pair of your old pants speaks volumes. Congrats!

Hello Everyone! I just joined the group. I have had a good week. I had fallen off the wagon. But this week, while on Spring break I was determined to get back into the practice of a daily workout. I am proud to say I met my goal, I exercised every day.

Congratulations!! I remember achieving that goal. Now I reach for 5 pounds at a time. I am happy for you. Keep the good work up!

Happy Easter and Passover Everyone! My main goal for this month is to increase my exercise. So far I am doing well with that. I worked out 3 days last week. Next week I plan to increase that further. I know I will probably go over on my calories today considering the fact that I only have 200 calories left and dinner is…

Hi everyone! I am doing good with the logging portion. Now to restart my walking. The mistake was to stop! I have been cooking and doing house work all day. I prepared food to take to work for my lunches. There is a new gym opening near my home the end of this month. In the mean time I need to be disciplined, come home…

Hello everyone! March is half over, but hopefully I can still join you. I really need some support, so any friend request would be great. I have been on MFP for a couple of months. I had a good start and have now come to a stand still. I am feeling a bit low about that. Perhaps having people I support and that support me…
