thank you all for your comments.. im not alone.. I will push on and achieve.. It wont be easy getting exercise as im struggling with my lungs after the pneumonia... more tests and scans.. but im determined as I dont like where I am xx

Thanks for the link to sexy pants post.. Very well written and with sensible advice too... I'm on levethyroxine and still going through the on slaughter of test and scans to get my levels right... I am logging everything and weighing everything too... Like you I think it's the only way to do it...xxx

I was only diagnosed in may.. it was hidden amongst the symptoms of the pneumonia I had.. some days just getting out of bed is a challenge.. but im determined to get back on my feet even if its slow to start with xxx

hi kelley... i keep a picture of me looking terribly near by.. so everytime i reach for the junk.. i pull it out and look at it and i find my motivation.. also i put things like a fruit bowl in front of the biscuit tin.. so i have to reach over the fruit to get a biscuit.. and it works as i see the fruit and know that is…

Thanks for the request Mrssim... And support is one of the major key factor with this... It's great to share your good and successful times and when your struggling like I did one day last week... The support from mfp friends brought me back on my feet and I had a successful day... Wouldn't be without them..xxx

i can relate to what you are saying.. i have had to have several ops on mine though.. but i have been told the less weight that i am carrying the better the condition.. and well done to a great start.. keep it going...xxx

Follow MFP and keep to your allowances... the plan is to give you a overall healthy balanced diet... keep at it and you will learn what foods etc are healthier and better for you.. good luck with your weight loss journey..xxx

be true to yourself and keep up with MFP.. if there is one thing that you have to do every day is MFP even when things become difficult to juggle.. being loyal to the plan saw me through and kept me on track.. plan ahead and make every day a goal...xxx
