I'm 5' tall, i started at 204lbs, and I'm down to 144 now. I too would like to be right around 125, so I've got another 20 or so to go. It has definitely become more difficult as I get closer to goal. But it can be done :flowerforyou:

I think if you just stick with the plan MFP set up for you, you will do just fine. You really dont want to lose more than 2lbs a week, it's not healthy, and losing slowly like this will make it much easier to keep it off. Good Luck with your goals! 1, 3 and 6. I am not about to give up all my hard work, or cause any set backs just because it's the Holidays. I definately have little treats here and there, just in moderation. I dont feel I'm depriving myself at all. Just showing self control.
