What are the best things you have noticed since you started

I though bringing this up would be a great motivator for all of us to stay on track and not go back to our old ways.
The things I have noticed;
Sleep- is much more comfortable. Not as terrible to sleep on my stomach.
Tieing (I know it is spelt wrong but I am having a brain fart)shoes- Much easier I am not holding my breath anymore.
My office chair is getting bigger (I take up a lot less room on it)
My favorite Chicago Bears hoodie is getting big on me.
My winter coat is getting big from last year.
My shadow isn't as big! lol
My feet got a little smaller. (Weird right?!)

Love slipping on jeans that used to go up to my calves!!0

I have clothes that feel more comfortable on me and jeans that fit me again ( I feel like I basically have a new wardrobe)! I also noticed I fit better in the waiting chairs at the doctor's office and I have tons of energy!0

I used to cringe when I would walk up to a storefront and see my reflection...not so bad anymore
I'm closer to the sink when I wash the dishes now! LOL
When I walk my dogs in the morning, my shadow is not so bad anymore!
And when I walk by a mirror, I sometimes back up to make sure it was really me that I saw!
All my winter clothes are too big!
Ive got a ways to go, but I'm feeling fantastic already!0 -

THE VERY BEST THING'S THAT I'VE NOTICE IS THAT MY OLD CLOTHES ARE SUPER HUGE ON ME,MY OLD BRAS WERE FALLING OFF ME ,NOW I'M A C CUP,NO MORE D CUPS ( THANK GOD FOR THAT!I DISLIKED MY HUGE CHEST) AND MY HUSBAND CAN NOW PICK ME UP AND WALK A GREAT DISTANCE WITH ME ON HIS SHOULDERS (I SO LOVE THAT)!!!!LOL!!!!!0

The seatbelt in the car doesn't rub my neck raw anymore.
I don't have to hold my breath while bending to do my own pedicure.
The button on my pants doesn't dig when I sit, but the "back gap" is huge.0 -

Ive been on religiously for a week today. I have noticed since I started:
lost 2 pounds
feel better, not as bloated
pants are getting too big0 -
My size 12 clothes fits!!! and they fit better than they did before I got preggers with my daughter wich is now 18months old!!!!
I am thinner than I have been in years and getting really close to the weight I was before I had any kids!!!!
I dont get tired as easily as I used to I have more energy
My skin is looking so much healthier and Im starting to not break out anymore!0 -
I haven't lost much weight but I'm toning and losing inches.
My 'big' jeans wont stay on without a belt.
My fav old jeans fit again, almost no muffin top... just a lil more to go
I feel more comfortable in my own clothes and going out with friends
I'm smaller than my husband (atleast until I stop making him brownies... :devil: ):laugh:
I don't walk around with my arms crossed infront of my stomach
My uniforms for work are fitting better... good cause those suckers are expensive0 -
I am no longer out of breath after going up 2 flights of stairs, I look good in jeans and noticing guys checking me out at the gym!!!0

HAHA You brownie devil you!!!! LOL The arms in front is another good one. When I would sit on the couch and people would be over I would put a pillow in front of my stomach.0 -
I can deal with stress better.....and I am happier!
I also realize this is not "a diet" but a way of life0 -
all my winter clothes are smaller too!
the sweatshirt i got from my younger sister fits like it's supposed to!
i can feel my collarbones
it takes me a shorter time to walk to school
it takes a shorter time for me to catch my breath after i climb the stairs to the top of the bio building0 -
I haven't lost much yet but here goes...
Clothes a little looser
Not as hungry any more and noticing I don't binge
Have more energy
Sleeping better and more soundly
Love the pillow in front of the stomach. LOL. I do that too so can't wait until I'm not so self conscious.:happy:0 -
I have noticed sooo much
i can actually run up the stairs and not be out of breath, my clothes are way too big like i have to pull them up so high or if i don't the crotch will be mid thigh on me, i have gone to the smallest hole on my belt, so much more energized, I used to always wear a sweater when I went out even if it was burning hot outside, now i can go out with just a shirt(although now its getting cold) I don't go into hiding when i see a camera, sometimes i like looking in the mirror.0 -
I love the pillow thing, which I still do BTW(bf's mom, who keeps noticing my tummy)!
1) I today wore a sweater to work which only used to fit me in college 3 yrs ago. And received compliments for it.
2) My clothes fit better and my jeans are atleast an inch lose at my thighs
3) My calves are tighter
4) My collar bones show now, and I can't stop feeling them
5) I can walk long distances without so much effort
6) i now make better food choices and have reduced mindless binging0
