14lbs to go! with pics!

Hey ladies (and gents), how are you all this evening? I've been away for a few days because my dissertation has been taking over my days at the mo. But H2B is in cardiff at the glee club for a work do so I'm catching up on here

I've been looking at pics on facebook and can finally see a change in my weight loss...I started losing weight in April and have reached a 3 stone loss. I still have a stone left to lose, but have 371 days to do this before the wedding! hehe...

about to order a kebab to celebrate!
Just to say to anyone out there who is wanting to lose weight...it really can be done...stick to it and the results will come...

Meow!...me last night!

I posted a few pics a while back, but last night was the first time when I looked at myself as being slimmer...it is difficult because you see yourself everyday...but these pics made me realise what I had accomplished.

You can all do it...and it really is worth it (as many of you know)

I gained every loss (what a contradicting sentence lol) from this site and everyone on here!
