I agree with Mandi Pants. You keep eating above your maintenance and you will never lose fat. But if I have to recommend a fat burning pill, it's called, "work your *kitten* off in the gym". It works for me. :wink:

I don't pay attention to the amt of calories I burn. I just work my *kitten* off in the gym. So far, I think I get good results. :wink:

I can go weeks on end or even a month not working on my abs. A big factor is diet. If your consistently under your caloric maintenance, you will lose fat. Lower bf% means having a tighter abs or a 6 pack. It don't matter how much ab workout or cardio you do but if your above caloric maintenance, that' crazy abs won't come…

Absolutely! You can maintain your fitness level without cardio. Achieving high intensity cardio can be done via volume training with shorter rest period. Use a heart rate monitor when you lift weights.

I cried watching the movie, "Rudy". Best sports movie ever. lol. It reminds me of myself, 5ft nothin and 100lb nothin but there is no quit on me.

Breakfast is way too important to skip it. Like they said, its called "break fast - breaking the fast" . IMO, when it comes to diet and working out, its about being consistent. Having a structured eating time, I'm less prone to eating bad food and staying within my caloric goal. That what works for me!

Nope! Besides doing planks, I could go for months and not do abs. Its all about diet. Plain and simple.

For me, it goes beyond physicality. I feel good spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

Its all about diet. You can do all the situps and crunches in the world but if your diet is not "clean" you will never have sexy abs. I could go for months and not do any ab exercises. I still maintain my 6 pack!
