I like to finish my day with a 40 calorie popcicle. (all american pops are my fav) It's sweet, it's low in calories...and I'm just used to calling it good once I've eaten that. Then I brush my teeth. I don't like to eat after I brush my teeth, so I think that helps in a weird way as well.

Thanks everyone! I think that every other day will work best in my world. I really need cardio as well, so every other day is good. In terms of pain, I'm just doing something that I'm not used to. It only lasts a couple of day. I'm already feeling stronger!!!

Check out some recipes for low cal "sweets". Liked, baked wonton crisps with cinnamon, or mini lemon cheesecakes. How do you create your own exercise using your HRM? I would love to do that, because the site isn't usually spot on to the actual calories I burn with my HRM.

I would use calisthenics high impact for her DVD. Defined as.... Systematic rhythmic bodily exercises (e.g., jumping jacks, push-ups), usually performed without apparatus. And...you go girl! That DVD is tough! I haven't blown the dust off that one in a LOOOONG time.
