My name is Jackson. And I'm an excuse maker.

I am not happy with the progress I am making. It's my fault because I am not mentally strong enough to do what needs to be done.

It's not my busy schedule.
It's not a lack of time.
It's not an injury.
It's not my time of the month.
It's not because MFP is wrong.
It's not because I don't have the right gear.
It's not because it's too cold out.
It's not because the gym is too crowded.
It's not because there were chicken wings at the super bowl party I went to.
It's not because my kids don't finish their dinners and I hate to throw away food.
It's not because I don't like healthy foods.

It's not any of these things. These are all just excuses.

I will stop making excuses, and I will stop whining. I know what I need to do. I will do it.

I love how blunt and honest most of your posts are, including your profile where you mention that this is not facebook and you're not here to make friends, but you're here in an effort to get healthy and improve your overall performance.
